Ugly Man Concept Art

so for a self project of mine i decided to redesign a golden age comic. so this is the concept of the particular story from pep comics #23. the villain of which being a circus performer know as the ugly man. (this goes along side the hangman redesign.) original creators: Bill Woolfolk and Harry Lucey.
